These are all a threat to Indian democracy to a varying degree.
Many Hindus are still being converted forcefully, if there are people actively trying to do that, why is there no one actively trying to stop that?

None of the these issue is unthought by the founders, nor does the current government take any of these issues lightly, but major concern is that conflicts within these issues can sometimes be seen. And it's only through extra hard work in other areas that these issues are usually prevented from becoming major.
